Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms of service (ToS) govern access to and use of the MyMeepleChef service.

By using the service, the user accepts these terms in full.

2. Service description

MyMeepleChef helps you organize board-game nights: create a game night, invite participants by link, collect their replies, then automatically compose a game “menu” (starter, main, dessert) tailored to the expected number of players and the group's mood.

Importing a game collection (BoardGameGeek, MyLudo) is optional and triggered at the user's initiative.

3. Account and sign-in

An account is required to host a game night. Sign-in is by email, via a one-time code or a magic link (no password).

Guests don't need an account: they reply to the invitation with their first name only.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of their information and for keeping their access confidential. They can delete their account at any time from the Profile page; this permanently erases their game nights, guests and collections.

4. Free service

The service is currently offered free of charge, within the limits described in the app (for example, one active game night at a time).

Paid plans (“Sous-Chef”, “Chef Étoilé”) are in preparation. Once available, their price and conditions will be shown before any order, and these terms will be updated accordingly.

You may leave your email to be notified when these plans launch. This consent can be withdrawn at any time (see the privacy policy).

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” on a best-efforts basis. The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure availability but cannot be held liable for interruptions, temporary unavailability, or data loss beyond its control.

The host is solely responsible for the third-party data they enter or collect (guests) and undertakes to have the right to use it.

6. Guest data

Guests enter a first name and an attendance status. The host undertakes to invite only consenting people and to use this information solely to organize the game night.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.

8. Changes to the terms

The publisher may amend these terms. Users are informed of substantial changes by any appropriate means before they take effect.
